What is the icanmakeitbetter platform?
icanmakeitbetter is an online customer insights platform that allows our clients to gather feedback, innovate and conduct research amongst their customers. For more information on this tool, go to https://www.icanmakeitbetter.com/.
What is the relationship between ReedPOP and icanmakeitbetter?
ReedPOP has partnered with icanmakeitbetter to create this community located online at https://reedpop.icmib.com/.
How do customers participate?
Qualified users (who have been proactively invited to join the community) simply go online to visit community, https://reedpop.icmib.com/, and then sign in based on the log-in credentials each user has already made through a recruitment activity. NOTE: Not everyone will qualify and not everyone will be invited to all activities or areas of the community.
Once users have created an account, they may post ideas, participate in surveys and join public and private discussions/focus groups. From time to time, we may invite specific users to participate in product development, innovation and research sessions based upon your community activity, survey responses and user profile information.
Who is reading and listening to this feedback?
Feedback posted on the ReedPOP Insights Community goes directly to ReedPOP event teams who oversee your favorite events such as Emerald City Comic Con, C2E2, Keystone Comic Con, PAX, NY Comic Con, among MANY other events. With the help of icanmakeitbetter, these stakeholders are listening to each and every idea, survey and focus group response!
Why should customers participate?
For current and potential customers – customer feedback on this platform will go directly to ReedPOP and help shape fans’ event experiences moving forward. This is your chance to be heard and possibly affect the future of the products and services available to you!
In addition, you will be able have opportunities to interact with other members, share your experiences and ideas, and help build the community culture.
Who owns the Intellectual Property?
icanmakeitbetter assigns all IP to ReedPOP, the"business user." Everyone who joins the community must agree to the community Terms & Conditions with a manual opt-in. They can be referenced here: https://www.icanmakeitbetter.com/terms-and-conditions.
How many surveys do I have to complete?
We encourage you to participate in as many studies as you are invited to; however, you do not need to complete a set number of surveys. Know that the ReedPOP team wants to build a vibrant, robust community where members actively interact with each other and provide high-quality insights – this will help us help YOU have better event experiences!
How long will I have to complete each survey?
You will typically have anywhere from 72 hours to two weeks to complete each survey.

Community Do’s & Don’ts
DO’S
- DO interact with other community members whenever possible
- DO share your honest feedback and opinions
- DO keep an eye out for activity invites from support@icanmakeitbetter.com - be sure to check your spam/junk folder as some invitations and emails form the community may be sent to that folder.
- DO check your To Do list on the community homepage to see what activities are available to you
- DO login at least once every week to check out what’s new on the homepage, what activities are happening and what other members are saying
- DO contact support@icanmakeitbetter.com with any questions
DON’TS
- DON’T miss activity closing dates to make sure you get your feedback in on time
- DON’T leave your survey or activity incomplete
- DON’T share your activity invites with anyone else, as they are specific to you only
